On the second day of BIO Asia–Taiwan 2024 (July 25), during the investment summit, Dr. Heidi Wang, CEO of OBI Pharma (4174,TWO), presented the company&#8217;s a five-year strategic plan under the theme &#8220;Innovation and Optimism,&#8221; sharing the latest progress and vision of the company.



Dr. Wang introduced the advancements in key new drug products such as OBI-822, OBI-992, and the company’s independently developed ADC technology platform GlycOBI® and enzyme EndoSymeOBI®. She explained how agile strategy, including licensing and partnerships, would help achieve the strategic goals.



Additionally, Dr. Wang shared her management philosophy, emphasizing the importance of talent as the foundation. She discussed the meticulous talent cultivation plan, through which she personally teaches and encourages employees to continuously self-improve, ensuring the company’s steady growth. Also, she conducts one-on-one meetings with all OBI employees, fostering open communication and individual development.



Looking ahead, Dr. Wang emphasized that OBI would establish collaborations with global partners through licensing and R&amp;D combination study collaborations, accelerating the launch of new drugs and providing new treatment options for patients.
