Professor Chen graduated with Ph.D. in Accounting, Arizona State University and participated the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program. He was once the Director of department of Accounting, National Chengchi University, Independent Director of Bank of Taiwan, Independent Director of TaiMed Biologics Inc. and Director of Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Professor Chen is currently the Independent Director of Ruentex Material Co., Ltd and Independent Director of Nan Shan Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
