Professor Liang graduated with a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from University of Washington, U.S.A. He was the President of the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI) and National Yang-Ming University, and Professor of Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Professor Liang currently serves as the Distinguished Chair Professor at Feng Chia University. He is one of the world-renowned scholars in biostatistics and genetic epidemiology, and is a pioneer in the field of biostatistics in Taiwan.
