Christa is an experienced Clinical Research professional with broad experience leading global teams, strategic initiatives, business process design, audit/ inspections, quality management, vendor management, and Phase 1-3 program and project management. After 27+ years in academia and industry, she joined OBI from Bristol Myers Squibb to lead the Quality Assurance team based in Taiwan and the US, which is responsible for Quality oversight of GMP, GLP, GCP, and PV activities. Her therapeutic areas of experience include Oncology, Immunology, Antivirals, Anti-infectives, Cardiovascular and Cell Therapy.
In her role as the Head of Quality Assurance, she oversees the establishment and execution of the GXP Audit Program, leads Health Authority inspections, and provides leadership guidance on developing and enhancing the Quality Management System including, but not limited to: procedural documents, training, risk management, issue management, partnering, knowledge management and documentation. She is passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and relentlessly pursues quality through collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
