Mr. Chiu obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University and has passed the CPA examination. He was once the Chairman of Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center; the Chairman of TAIWAN-CA Inc; the Vice President of Taiwan Stock Exchange; and the Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan.
Mr. Chiu is currently the Independent Director of TaiMed Biologics Inc. and Ruentex Interior Design Inc.
