Identification of the stakeholders and major news is the core of corporate sustainable development. In reference to the Stakeholder Standards, AA1000SES, OBI’s major stakeholders, based on its dependency, responsibility, influence, multiple views, attention to tension and other characteristics, are shareholders/investors/ Securities Firms, government agencies, suppliers, employees, medical institutions, public associations, research institutions, and financial institutions.

Based on the principles of completeness, responsiveness and inclusiveness, the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Project team has identified 9 categories including innovation in product development, clinical trial and post clinical development, intellectual property protection, information transparency, economic performance, health and safety of the customers, occupational safety and health, employee-employer relationship, and training and education.

The Company has established a diversified mechanism for interaction and communication with stakeholders. The goal is to communicate with stakeholders through various channels to understand their expectations for the Company as well as their concerns about the Company’s long-term development issues. In this regard, the Company responds quickly and lists the matters as a reference for promoting corporate sustainable development plans. The OBI Pharma, Inc.’s Sustainable Development Executive Committee regularly identifies and analyzes sustainable development topics through annual internal divisional meetings, discusses sustainable development results and conclusions with stakeholders, discloses them in the Company’s sustainability report, and presents the report to the board of directors for further guidance.
