Senior Manager, Human Resources Division
The Head of Human Resources is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the HR function across the broad OBI team. This Senior Manager-level role oversees both strategic and operational HR needs and works closely with stakeholders to build and execute impactful HR strategies that deliver maximum value to the organization in a global setting. The essential duties and responsibilities include:
1) Lead and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business goals.
2) Provide HR solutions to managers and collaborate with high-level stakeholders across functions to achieve corporate objectives.
3) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4) Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resources management, staying updated on labor laws and regulations.
5) Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
6) Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and handling disciplinary actions as necessary.
7) Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
8) Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
Qualifications:
1) A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2) Experience in the pharma or biotech industry is preferred.
3) In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
