Project Manager, PMO

• Act as a role model for PM professionalism, critical thinking and setting productivity pace promoting project progression to deliver OBI's goals.

• Work closely with Development champion (DC) of the assigned project to develop the project timeline and milestones, also to ensure the project goals and key information are clearly distributed to project team members.

• Assess and identify critical issues and potential risks to the project, propose mitigation plan and bring to DC and upper management's awareness.

• Identify project resource requirements and align with OBI strategies to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver project commitments.

• Coordinate functional teams to generate five-year budget planning for the assigned project and work with Finance on cost analysis in regular basis.

• Held project meetings on monthly basis and when needed.

• Analyze project performance (relative to timelines and dependencies) and implement corrective actions to keep project on track and within budget.

• Actively manage document archiving for the project assigned in designated space.

• Summarize and present project status to internal or external stakeholders when needed.

• Support portfolio management activities when needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree but advanced degrees preferred

• Team member supervision experience is preferred

• Clinical trial management related experience is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 2+ years of project management experiences is preferred

• Deep understanding of Biotech or life sciences experience is preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

• Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to multi-task several objectives in parallel and to work independently with high level of accountability

• Advanced critical reasoning, negotiation, problem solving, and decision making skills

• Enhanced written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the company

• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

R&D - Scientist for Pharmacology (PPT)

• Execute animal experiments, including tumor cell expansion, harvest and implantation, monitoring tumor growth, collecting samples (blood, tumor, and organs, etc.) for further analyses.
• Conduct in vitro cell-base assays, such as proliferation, apoptosis, and cytotoxicity.
• Perform molecular biology and biochemistry experiments, such as flow cytometry, RT-PCR analysis, western blot, and ELISA.
• Work with and manage CROs to develop and refine existing protocols and to maintain or enhance support of internal programs.
• Real-time update experimental data to supervisors and team members.
• Routine laboratory notebook writing and progress preparation.
• Support regular laboratory maintenance.
• Perform other items requested by supervisors.
